About the event
Morgan is a London FA 2b referee. Morgan shot through the ranks, rapidly going through Level 4, 3 and now 2b all within the last 3 years, he is a real shining star of London FA.Â
Morgan officiated in the Isthmian League South East Play Off Final last season, one of only 8 referees in the country to officiate a play off final at Step 3-4.Â
